Manager Communication: Easy start to the day. Less windy and cold than yesterday. 

I was able to scan and upload Tevon's Review and Wage change form. EA

Pretty easy slow night. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Gabrielle had quiet opens today. Ashley had Tashi as a trainee and navigated her through a standard Trees opening. EA

Gabrielle left after working the start of Five Devils and stocking and Maya closed Lobby. Matthew came to close Trees and trained with Tashi as Ashley stocked. Both Ashley and Tashi left shortly after Ashley finished batching. 


Hiring/Training: Tashi was in for their first training day. They had all their information except that they couldn't find their passport in time since they got the email for today late last night. They'll be bringing in their passport to scan first thing tomorrow. 

Jenn I started an employee folder with their New Hire Data Sheet and their Wage Form. Those two were scanned and sent over, but can you grab their passport when they get in for their lobby open train with Tevon? 

First Training day was with Ashley today going over the Trees open and the bartender training guide. The  training binder was filled out with their day one report. -EA

Pay Outs: 8600 - $170 for the parts and labor for the water inlet solenoid valve replacement on the both the Fetco Machines. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Still waiting on: Serene, Manhattan, St Agrestis, Empire, and Brooklyn's Best -EA 

Maintenance: Ciro was in to replace the water inlet solenoid valves for both the fetco machines. He believes that this was the ultimate cause of the leakage at both bars and with the replacement, it shouldn't leak anymore. He did ask us to keep an eye on them and to log if they do leak sporadically again. EA

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
