Manager Communication: Pretty busy night. Started slow but ramped up with the no budge crowd. They came out into Karaoke and stuck around for a while. EL

Customer Comments: One guest purchased a cash ticket, sat down and changed their mind before the film started and said they wanted a refund because they needed the cash. I gave it to them. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Great opens from Ian and Gabrielle. Ian did a little batching and helped with the karaoke pop and did Gabrielle. EL

Special Events? Karaoke was great tonight. Really helped retain post theater crowds. EL

Pay Outs: $100 Karaoke Susan Kent EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Received pour spouts. EL

Maintenance: Ciro, the guy who will be repairing our coffee machines, reached out to me and let me know that he would be in tomorrow morning.  I told him that Edgar will be here by eleven, and to touch base with him. JH

Saw that the triangle stick from the pool table is broken. Don't know if it can be fixed. I think it can still be used. EL

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
