Sunday 3/5 Eliel and Edgar



Manager Communication: Pretty great morning. The first one was busy but not too overwhelming. Nice crowds after. Second round crushed in a good way. The lobby had great action and the mubi go oscar shorts definitely spiked. EL

Afternoon and dinner rounds stayed busy. There was always a presence at Trees all afternoon/night and the party was lively! EA

BAR Staff Observations:  Great opens from Andrea and Maya. Tevon as an early mid was clutch. He got a ton of batching done and great support at Trees. Ashley came in strong helping set up the evening and got some batching done as well. Andrea held down lobby wonderfully. Great work all around. EL

Trees evening crew killed it tonight. After a preshift with everyone, we were able to knock service and the party out of the park. Shout out to Ashley for taking command from behind the bar and relaying the bar's needs with me at all times to keep them afloat. Gabrielle was clutch for coming in for the party and supporting the three others. Darius kept the drinks flowing and the party going while Sean routinely did laps around the lounge for glassware once we were low. 

Jenna was a champ for taking care of the lobby mostly on her own, but wasn't shy about calling me down for support when needed. I have tokens to all the PM crew for handling the pressure with a cool head.

Special Events?: Great NSF today. EL

NSF Closing party. Busy party, but totally manageable. EA

2L Hangout 2nite mix 

86ed / counts on items: Stout and Sauvignon Blanc. Low on Prosecco EA

Prep List: I believe we got everything we need to start the week except some lemonade and strawberry lemonade. 

Over/Short on Banks: Trees bar was over $23.00. The reason remained unknown. EA


Maintenance: I never heard the NuCo compressor kick on at all today. I'll see how it's looking in the morning, but the main box is getting power but the compressor is not getting it on it's end. I will contact them tomorrow if it doesn't go on. EA

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
