Manager Communication: Easy start to the day. Not a lot of foot traffic. I did reach out to NuCO regarding the work in the nitrogen generator, but they were unable to give me a definite day that they could come out and said that it may up to a week before they can have a technician come. They will be sending a couple more back up tanks until then. EA

Fun crowd for Karaoke at Trees, definitely getting a lot of return guests coming, as well as a fair amount of staff. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Both Matthew and Chelsea were able to get out of here shortly after everyone had gotten Family Meal, and Chelsea got some batching done.  Ashley and Gabrielle held down each bar solo after that, and closed without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Had a couple MoviePass people come through this evening, so we may want to send an email out to staff about how to direct guests using it for tickets, as we are listed on their website and there does not appear to be a way for us to opt out of it. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow.  US Foods was missing two items (soda syrup for Coke and Diet Coke).  I've reached out about a credit, and stock levels are fine until I can place another order for delivery on Friday. JH

Maintenance: Wyatt mentioned this in the Blog, but one of the toilers in the ladies' room at Trees was stuck on flush mode for a very long while, and began to slightly flood the adjoining stalls.  It stopped right as we were trying to turn it off, and the issue did not reoccur for the rest of service.  Added to the Maintenance Doc. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
