Manager Communication: Pretty good night. Kevin Geeks Out got a great Trees crowd before and after the show. 

I discovered the marquee lights off at about 10:15. I switched it back on but in about 5 minutes it turned off again. I had to unscrew the bottom bit to be able to turn it back on. This happened yesterday as well. 

Customer Comments:  I received a call from Trees saying that a guest was complaining of "a couple fornicating" in their seats. Dwight arrived right after I did. I found a couple in 2101 engaging in some type of sexual act. I couldn't see clearly because of a very dark scene, but I could see enough and smell to know that it was a sexual act. I asked them to leave, they complied but they were drunk and it took a while. They were talking out loud but not shouting. Took a couple of minutes to get them out but once they were in the third floor elevator they were walked out and left with no incident.  The main blog should have more details as I later learned that they had problems with them before. 

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Chelsea had great opens, they batched together after family meal and were out by 8pm. Tevon and Andrea held down the bars for the rest of the night. Great jobs all around. 

Special Events? Kevin Geeks had a fun crowd. Also Kevin from Trivia introduced us to his one month old daughter. It was a wonderful moment at Trees Lounge. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: New Liquor License arrived.  Both bars now have the updated licenses framed and posted, and copies are in the Facility Binder. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
