Manager Communication: Slow and steady day throughout the building with only the sold out No Budge of note. 

I couldn't figure out how to turn off (or down if on a dimmer) the new light for the pool table. It's pretty bright and gives the Mezz a construction site at night like feel. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Jenna and Eliel were well into their open by the time I arrived. Eliel had informed me about the frozen machines being improperly put back together and found two more hoppers with cracks in them. I will follow up with Sean regarding the break down and cleaning of the machines as it was his first Sunday night closing shift with the frozens by himself. 

I don't think he was necessarily responsible for it as a couple bartenders informed me throughout the day that it was leaking product. I'll also make a general note regarding taking the time to put the machines back together in the weekly bar email.

Prep List: Eliel made horchata today and left it in the walk in to steep overnight since we didn't have a dire need for Holy Mountain today. It should be made tomorrow when possible. EA

Pay Outs: 5460 -- Sour Sop for Bar R&D $6.00

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We only received 2 out of 3 boxes of rice milk via UPS today. After I got no where with the NY distribution facility, I reached out to Amazon. Can someone keep an eye out on the message center replies? UPS swears they delivered all three (They didn't), and the labels make it clear that there were to be three boxes, but just in case we should reach out to the seller and request some sort of credit for the lost package.

The tracking number on the site says that "Nick" received the order. I talked to the chefs and after they asked around, they confirmed that it was only two boxes of Rice Milk delivered. EA


Maintenance: I swapped out the broken nozzles at Trees and the Lobby. I put the remaining spare parts in the bin at Liquor Storage. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
