Manager Communication: Quiet day for the most part outside of the dinner round for Black Panther. Theater 4's Triangle of Sadness saw good numbers as well for dinner 


BAR Staff Observations: :Jenna and Lee opened today and while Jenna was open on time, I was told that Lee still had chairs up at open. Following up with him, he admitted that he lost track of time and was apologetic since he thought that a porter would be around to bring them down. I let him know that in any case, if the chairs are still up and the porter cannot get to them, that he has to take responsibility and have trees open by doors open. Gil informed me that he just didn't seem set up. 

Other than that slow start, service went on and Jenna and Lee ran the bars smoothly until the closers (Natasha and Sean) got in. Lee and Sean had constant communication with each other to help during the rushes and Natasha took point in the lobby. This freed up Jenna to help me catch up on batching to restock from the weekend and got her out at her normal out time. Lee helped out and made sure the bar was reset before he left Sean to run the bar. EA 

FOH Staff Observations: There was some confusion in regards on how to ring in a hot toddy (We don't do an in theater proper hot toddy), Sarah was gracious enough to craft together a memo for the server staff to clarify what we can do. 

Other than that FOH seemed in great spirits and were willing to step in where they could to keep service flowing seamlessly. (EA)

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Going to add in another reminder for the weekly bar email that all items should be rung in right away and that we are not to keep mental tabs, regardless of how busy we are. EA

86ed / counts on items: Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao is 86'd. As a result, we are low on the Holy Mountain. 

Prep List: Bayab gin infusion as soon as we get it in for the heart shaped herb. Alternatively, if we wont be getting it tomorrow, I'll be infusing Fords Gin as a failsafe to keep us going. 

A mystery train keg needs to be charged tomorrow. EA

Pay Outs: 5460- 4 Bottles of Peychauds bitters. EA

Maintenance : The magnet on the door to trees lounge on the service side is not catching. I'm not sure if there's a trick to it, but i'll add it to the maintenance doc. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
