Manager Communication: Very busy dinner round that dovetailed neatly with the initial service push from Trees.  JH

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel, Ian, and Tevon absolutely crushed Trees service during Trivia tonight.  It was a busy one, and was coupled with a very busy dinner round along with the private screening in Th4.  Similarly, Lee held down Lobby solo without issue once Eliel went upstairs to work Trivia, and was a big help with resetting Trees once Trivia was over. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Still having confusion from servers during busier pushes about where to put drity glassracks, or where clean glassracks live, even with the signage.  During the busiest service push in the second round, I had to correct two separate servers in the space of five minutes who tried to pull water glasses from dirty glassracks.

Big shoutout to Kaela, James, and Rebecca who were immensely helpful up at Trees during that same service push.  Kaela was really proactive about running several racks of glassware through the glasswasher at Trees while waiting for drinks.  JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Signage has been added to the glasswasher at Trees so staff can hopefully have an easier time delineating where and how to run dirty glassracks through the glasswasher. JH

Pay Outs: $12.00 (Bar Grocery - 5460 - Kombucha). JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
