Manager Communication: Dinner round was definitely the busiest, led by an incredibly fun Film Feast in Th3.  The third round screening of Nope in Th2 kept Trees service bar pretty busy. and Trees was host to a lovely crowd once Film Feast had wrapped up.

BAR Staff Observations: Lee was great down at Lobby, and was able to offer some helpful hands during Film Feast service.  Unfortunately, he forgot to clock out and missed a couple of things closing Lobby Bar.  I'll touch base with him about it, and think it would be helpful if we reminded closers (particularly new hires) to walkie for a bar manager when they're done closing, so that we can do an in-person walkthrough.

Ashley and Natasha were fantastic up at Trees, navigating busy Nope screenings in the second and third rounds, and then providing great service to the Film Feast afterparty.  Ashley was able to get some batching done in the post-dinner lull, and got out of here around eleven.

Special Events? Film Feast was an absolute hit, with phenomenal service throughout. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Still having issues with servers and runners not knowing where dirty glassracks go, or how to run them through the glasswasher, at Trees.  This is not just an issue with new hires, as I saw staff that has been here for several months at this point also stack glassracks incorrectly.

Had to rerun a bunch of glassracks at Trees because dirty racks were placed with clean ones, and had an 18-quart cambro run through rightside up so it came out filled with water.  This really slows down service at Trees, especially when trying to catch up on glassware during flips.  

If this could please be brought up at the server and runner meetings this Thursday, and note that if they are ever unsure of what to do that they are welcome to ask a bartender or manager.

Prep List: An Old Fashioned keg, Simple Syrup, and a Strawberry Mansion keg need to be made tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor and Harney & Sons (Chai Concentrate and Teas) should be arriving tomorrow.

Maintenance: The elevator between Lobby Bar and Trees got stuck around 10:00, and Gerard was able to reset it.  Nothing really important was in there, just me and some rocks glasses.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
