Saturday 08.13 Jenn/Edgar
Manager Communication: Slow morning, but a great turn out for Crooklyn, both in Th4 and at Trees after the screening with the DJ setup. Later screenings seemed to building in sales steadily throughout the day. JH
Dinner was just as mellow, with only a few screens selling a bunch and the last run of Bodies being slow.
Bullet Train and Elvis did great downstairs. EA.

I had to comp a a portobello sandwich today. The guest commented that "the bread was just inedible." EA
BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Tevon were great at opening both bars, setting both floors up for success with very solid stocks at open. Jenna and Natasha helped get each bar restocked when they arrived, with Tevon getting out of here around three and Chelsea getting out a little after five after getting batching done for the day. JH

I was able to get Natasha and Jenna out pretty early pretty much after the dinner rushes. They were able to stock relatively early and assist where needed. Gabrielle was more than capable in the lobby. Ian and Darius ran Trees seamlessly and worked well in tandem. Everyone was offered a break, but not all staff opted to take one. EA

FOH Staff Observations:
We were pertually low on glassware all throughout dinner up until last call which seemed odd for a slower Saturday. Walking through every station yielded no results and I wonder if they were just stuck in the theaters. I was able to find two stacks near the elevator by last call, but even then it seems a bit light at Trees. EA.
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Do we have a snake in house for the drains? The service well at Trees takes forever to burn the ice because it drains so slowly.

Natasha was telling today that Ashley was feeling a little raw yesterday about the bar staff email. I believe she feels like we were calling her out specifically despite it being addressed to all staff. If this is the case, please let me know how I can improve my verbiage so as to not alienate staff members.
The floor mats were smelling especially funky today. I'm not sure they are properly being cleaned. I'll gather some more information tomorrow just in case this was a one off. EA

Maintenance: The Trees ice machine has a broken temperature sensor. Dio has ordered a new one and will install it when it arrives. The machine is still operable, but just needs an eye on it for when it stops making ice due to the faulty sensor.

Additionally, the middle lowboy in the lobby has a similar issue, but they were unable to access the sensors today as they were iced over. They will be returning in the future to check the lowboy out, once the sensors have thawed. JH
