Manager Communication: Smooth night tonight, everyone worked really well. It was also a pretty early last call with all the movies being on the short side. We called last call at midnight. 

BAR Staff Observations: Chelsea and Ian had good opens, and were able to stock up the bars very well before open.  Ian was able to refill the upper cupboards above the backbar at Trees, labeling out well liquors for easier access during service.  Make sure to touch base with bartenders throughout the week to let them know that they should be checking the cupboards at open, in order to familiarize themselves with what is and is not stocked with back ups. JH

86ed / counts on items: Ruby finally came in today at 8:30pm. Everything is in stock.

Prep List: Eliel knocked out quite a bit of prep today. We should be good going in to the weekend. 

Maintenance: Dio came in today and worked on the lobby lowboy and the kitchen expo lowboy. Unfortunately he did not look at the ice machine and did not fix the problem with the lobby lowboy. He is coming back at 9am tomorrow. 

Filmbot Issues: Not Filmbot, but related to MubiGo.  After doors were opened, Chelsea realized that the phone to scan MubiGo codes was dead and there was no charger behind the bar.  I was able to grab a charger from the office, and that got it back on in short order.  Just something to remind Lobby Bar openers to keep an eye on. Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
