Manager Communication:
 Steady day for the bar and then a quiet evening. We did have an incident where trees lounge started flooding by the dish pit. We're missing the screen for the washing machine and it cause napkins, twists, and other debris to clog the trap and build up the water. I pulled out all the debris and the porter team squeegeed all the water. Otherwise it was a smooth night. EA

Customer Comments: Javier Aguilar, a guest from Friday night returned a CC of Barent G Roth. The cards were switched when checks were returned. Javier’s number is 929-478-9739 xaguilar512@gmail.com . Gerard gave him a $50 gift card. We told him we would contact him as soon as we had more information regarding his card’s whereabouts. 

BAR Staff Observations:
All the staff rocked it today. There weren't any drink tickets delays that came up to my knowledge and service went off seamlessly. Shout out to Darius for drying out the swamp that is the middle lowboy.  EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

Not sure If I mentioned this, but bartenders need to write dates on open bottles of wine. We also should look into getting the stoppers with the pump to help reduce oxidation. EA

Prep List:

Space Viking and bitters needs to be added to Seven Sorrows. I have a spare bottle that I can bring in tomorrow if we don't get our delivery again. EA


Maintenance:

We're missing the screen/filter for the glass washing machine, Eliel and I searched everywhere, but it's no where to be found. It was brought up to my attention today that it had been missing for at least a week. 

The middle Low Boy in Lobby bar is still running warm. We cleaned out the puddles, but I'm afraid that it's just going to pool up again. 

Service well needs to get snaked as it's taking quite a while to drain. 

We need more machine lube for the frozen machines. 

MISC:

I gave two bottles of Prosecco to the kitchen for the dessert. I'm not too sure how to go about transferring that out.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
