Manager Communication: 
Dylan mentioned to me today that the given amount of prep time on Wednesdays is not long enough to clean the frozen machines while also taking care of any syrups/infusions that may need to get made. Is it possible to extend the prep time on Wednesdays by 30 minutes?

Customer Comments:
Mainly staff at the bar for Ash's going away party. Everyone handled themselves very well. No one drank too much, and some staff didn't drink at all.

 BAR Staff Observations:
Dylan did a great job balancing his prep shift while also doing a thorough opening of the bar. He was pressed for time, but I was impressed by his efficiency.

Special Events?
Ash's event tonight went really well. There was a decent turnout, but nothing got too crazy. There were lots of hugs and lots of tears and everyone was very happy. She will be missed!!

Prep List:
Bloody Concentrate will need to be made by this weekend.
Piscean Dreams syrup may need to be made before the weekend as well; We have enough now for 1/2 of a batch of C'est Moi.
Should be pretty good other than that.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Interboro and Channing Daughters came today. Tomorrow, we will be sending back the mistake Saison keg. It is in the walk-in and labelled "pick up"

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
