Manager Communication:
I posted the Ice Machine to Babar today.  I wanted to wait til after the weekend so there would be more eyes on it when it went out.  1 person has already expressed interest and will be by tomorrow to look at it.  Also got a few questions I answered, so we shall see.

I got some samples of N/A spirits today, can taste tomorrow as group.

Customer Comments:
A gentleman in the first show of Theater 7 told Eliel that the theater was too cold.  I went in and adjusted it from 68 to 70, as it was ok, but not warm.  He then complained to Jenna in the theater, and again came out to talk to a manager.  I spoke to him and he yelled at me "how many people do I have to ask before the heat is adjusted."  I calmly explained that I had adjusted it, and as I was trying to explain that I did not want to make it uncomfortable for other guests, he interrupted me and snapped that it had not been adjusted one iota and that he was "not stupid."  I informed him that I did not like to be spoken to in that manner, and that I was telling him the truth.  I then offered him a refund.  As I gave him his refund, he asked for my name and how to contact us in order to file a complaint about me.  I offered him both and he told me that he has been coming here for years and has never been treated as rudely.  When I talked to Jenna about him, she said he had been very rude to her in the theater, falling asleep a few times, only to wake up and loudly call her over to complain.

BAR Staff Observations: Cut Susan as soon as Jenn got in.

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of cuts, ran thin.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
