Special Events? Spoons, Toons, and Booze brought in a decent crowd; however, the bar did not experience much business before or after Spoons this time.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: reminder about taking out both trash and recycling in the prep area. Probably should be done by the mids on weekends and the openers on weekdays after all batching has been done, I've been noticing recently that it's often left to the closers even though those trash cans haven't been used in hours. 

Hibiscus lime should be made on a pretty much as needed basis. Its such a simple thing to batch (no pun intended...) and its often getting batched in larger quantities for no reason.

Prep List:
Syrups/Infusions
Kung Fu Syrup, Hibiscus Syrup, Cinnamon Syrup (Both Hibiscus and Cinnamon can be made during shift or on Fri prep since all of them will need to go on the stove.

Batched cocktails
Negroni Bianco (once Bar Hill comes in), new Joker special (syrup is made), Buddy Love (I know we've been holding off, but we are very low in both machines)

Pay Outs: $8-Bar Grocery/Fruity Pebbles; $17-Green Peppers and Serrano Chili for New Joker special.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Bar Hill should be coming in tomorrow, so we can then make the Negroni Bianco

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
