Manager Communication: Between busy theaters and the fangoria after party, the bars were slammed tonight

The building was very hot today. All of the wall heaters were on and the AC had been turned up to 74. I turned off the wall heaters, but I did not adjust the AC levels.

Customer Comments: Someone threw up all over the floor near the DJ set-up during the fangoria after-party. According to a person who saw it they left right away, so I was not able to see who it was. We got it cleaned up, but it was right in the middle of a crowd of people, so it looked pretty bad. We cleaned as best we could, but Jesse can you please have a porter clean the pew and cushion closest to the projector as thouroughly as possible tomorrow AM?

BAR Staff Observations: quite a few really long shifts this week and it seems like the bartenders are starting to feel it. Next week looks to be much better staffed, but there are already several shifts up, so we will see.

Special Events? The fangoria after-party was bumping. We found out last minute that the theaters from cobble hill cinema were coming as well, so there were quite a few more people than we were expecting. We could have used another bartender, but it was fine. The party crowd was really good and they were drinking and tipping well.

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
