Manager Communication: A strong starting round today, Abominable did really well for the opening round as did our other showings due to having lots of All Ages shows today. Got off to a good start, had a solid dinner round as well but actually slightly slower than our starting round. That worked out fine, we got busy at the bar with Trivia and guests tonight. For a second trivia in two weeks, attendance was on par and generated good sales tonight. Had some nice after-trivia business as well from a few lingering crowds. Was able to cut to 1 up at 10:30 pm and get Dylan out by 11:15 pm. We had on and off issues with the Gansett, I tightened the hose around the coupler and dropped the pressure some and it seemed to solve the issue.

 Customer Comments: We had some first time trivia guests tonight, said they heard about it a few weeks ago and finally came in. Brought a crew of 6 and stayed well after it was over drinking at the bar.

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel is great when it comes to serving trivia, and got some batching done as well. Very productive crew today.

86ed / counts on items: Shacksbury Cider, Carib Lager

Prep List: Batching is solid, we are tight on Bianco and less so on Mae West and will need to make it as soon as we get Barr Hill in. Will also need Kung Fu syrup and Ginger Syrup tomorrow, but should be pretty good on actual cocktail batches.

 Pay Outs: Kitchen Grocery

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Chef's and Baldor tomorrow. Geyser Friday.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
