Manager Communication: Took a hit on late night sales that put us below last night in terms of tickets, but day traffic and dinner round business were nearly identical and very busy. The addition of the bar party for Ms. Cooper gave us a lot of bar traffic, and the dinner and 9 pm shows of Joker seemed to generate an endless drink rush throughout the whole movie. Balancing the front of the bar and the service well with the increase of bar business is something that the bartenders seem to be getting better at. Stocking is much better as well, and we navigated the rushes very well. We were able to get Rebecca and William to the back to batch us up for the busy day tomorrow and also make cuts effectively. A very controlled night.

BAR Staff Observations: Really happy with everyone today. Eliel did a nice job handling the party and keeping the area bussed and restocked before he left. PM crew kept the bar guests taken care of, the tables clean and drink times on point. Nice work.

Special Events? Ms. Cooper's party was great; they generated a consumptions tab on top of the pre-ordered food that nearly doubled their check, and several guests opened tabs after 5 pm as well. Ms. Cooper got engaged towards the end and the bar erupted with energy. Very exciting.

Prep List: Will need Firewalk, we are thawing 4 containers of puree tonight so it is ready for tomorrow.

Over/Short on Banks: Filmbot was over $20, could not figure out a specific cause.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor and Chef's tomorrow with new menu items and general needs. Please make sure the kitchen gets 1 container of lime juice as we borrowed a container at the end of the night.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
