Manager Communication:
Very busy first round with Yom Kippur, well handled by all staff.

I batched 4 liters of the gemini man tequila, which will cover 2 batches.
The cocktail spec is in the binders, will be launching Friday.

I have a weekend pars list that I am going over with Ryan for his Friday prep shift and will send Nick and Jesse emails.  It is so we don't over prep, but don't have to constantly prep either.

I ordered 4 extra kegs of Gun Hill for Friday, and apologized to Hank (he was fine with it) as when I came in we had sold another full keg from when I placed the order yesterday.

Jesse, can you place the full order of N/A for the weekend for Friday (I placed a small order of GF juice and ginger for tomorrow with Baldor).    And when the Carton gets here, attach it and un86 it please.

Bar business was really great tonight. Reserved seating is definitely bringing bar patrons in! I noticed that not many people used the lines tonight. Since we now have reserved seating, maybe that space can be utilized for more tables/seating areas.

Special Events: Game night was a great success.  One birthday party with a cake cutting fee came specifically for that and had a great time.  With some other folks showing up as well, having fun on the Mezz.

Over the edge drank a lot of beer, and sold half the theater.

86ed / counts on items: Buddy Love- Orgeat will need to be completed tomorrow.

Prep List:   We started 1/2 batch orgeat, and made the maraschino with peppers.  Rebecca wrote up a prep list and will add to this as well.

Prep list is posted on a pink post-it note in the batching area. Ingredients list consists of: Double batch of Ginger Syrup (made some tonight but will need more ginger by the weekend), Onion Syrup, Hibiscus Syrup , Honey Syrup for new special (we have 2 Q in the back, so I guess this depends on how much of the cocktail we need to batch).
Some of these things can be done on Friday, but all will need to be made by the weekend. A bunch of them require cooking in the pot and are a bit time consuming, so I figure we can stagger them over the next couple of days.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union tomorrow, as well as a small order from Baldor.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
