Manager Communication: Strong, busy afternoon business to theatres and then slow ticket sales for the late round. Bars were steady all day, with good crowds after dinner showtimes staying out of the run and a nice push after the National Concert as well. Only had to hop behind occasionally in Lobby to support Eliel when he got drink rushes alongside a crowded lobby. Also helped a bit when Ryan got slammed with guests and a few late service tickets, but overall well handled on both floors tonight.

Caught some scammers today with Alexis and Conor. They telegraphed pretty obviously that they were dishonest, asking about when we charge a card for DnD etc. We tried it before ringing any of their food and the card was declined. We told them they would need alternate forms of payment for any food and they left.

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel was good tonight but a litter erratic, broke a few glasses and was a little loud as a default in his interactions. As the night went on, he seemed to reel it in and did a really nice close.

FOH Staff Observations: Conor was all over his station, drink running and managing his theatre.

 Prep List: Well batched on cocktails, ready to finish up tomorrow with new specials.

 Over/Short on Banks: Bar Bank A was $10 short. Could not suss out a reason.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
