Manager Communication: Cinema service/service bar was slow to start the day, slight pick up for the 7s gave us a decent push but then it was allllll about trivia. Cut both Eva and Rebecca when it was done, Jenn at the same time due to Lobby bar closing for the last round of films. Kept labor as tight as possible without sacrificing the sales we were generating.

Customer Comments: Lots of happy trivia folk, clearly they had been to Videology but they loved the space here.

BAR Staff Observations: Eva and Rebecca stole the show today, great jobs opening followed by amazing service for trivia. Ryan and Adriana handled the combination of bar/theatre/trivia ticket service well and Jenn helped us a ton with sidework and cleaning.

FOH Staff Observations: Ben was a rockstar today; he ran drinks downstairs to all theatres in a really timely manner, came up and helped get food and bev out at HiRes and trained throughout all of that.

Special Events? Trivia. We had a huge showing again of around 100 people for tonight and had trivia piping through the house speakers. Wendy and Kevin are great, nice to see the rounds and trivia evolving as we get sound and hopefully projection for a future edition. Guests were incredibly happy with the venue, lots of return trivia nerds and some first timers too. Rebecca and Eva both served with iPads and we saw a really nice increase in food and second/third drink sales due to better server coverage and revenue from the bar was even higher this week than the last trivia.

Mobilebytes Issues: We have to perfect the iPad usage for events/trivia. Routing them but still using bar numbers caused some double tickets to be rung, we caught most of them before being made but generated a spill tab of a few of these mistakes.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
