Manager Communication:
Really good night, three fully sold out Captain Marvels including a 9:30!  And 57 for the last one.  Decently full in all theaters for the sevens.

Low one bartender, but made it work with long shifts for the openers.  Everyone rocked it and Ryan killed it downstairs solo after the Sevens were loaded in.  I had Ryan close the downstairs after the 10's rush and brought him upstairs to help with the post 9:30 theater rush.  Unfortunately, that never came.  I cut Dylan and had Ryan close with William.

If someone can make a better out of order system for the far left stall in the downstairs women's room, I would appreciate it.  My solution was on the fly.

Bar was busy all night, with big lines as well as drinkers.  Had people drinking until close to 1 AM.  Best Friday lates in theaters elsewhere as well.

BAR Staff Observations:
Really good night.  There were a few hiccups during the second full Captain Marvel, with a few theater 1 drinks being run to theater 2.  I came up and emphasized proper practice and it went smoothly from there.
 

FOH Staff Observations:
People were helping with the turns.  The turns from the sevens to the tens hurt downstairs the most.  Didn't have quite enough bodies to do quick turns as so much of the runner staff was needed for a full Captain Marvel.  Maybe make sure some help from the top floor comes before cuts.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Adriana was sick and we were fine.  Liv was looking a bit sick at one point around 7:30 and I checked in with them.  They said they were feeling weak over the past hour.  I got one of the cut servers at 8:45 to run drinks for the 9:30 Captain Marvel and let Liv go home.  The bartenders finished their sidework for them.

The far left stall in the downstairs womens room broke during the busy 7 to 10 turns.  It sprays water out of the back whenever flushed.   I made a temporary fix by taping up the stall, cause it was during a busy moment.  If anyone knows how to lock it til it is fixed, that would be great.
