Manager Communication:
The 2:1 honey syrup and the strawberry shrub are in the walkin on the ingredients shelf.  The Alfredo was transferred to store and pours after the bubblers were cleaned.

Adriana put up her shift around 2 with a note that she was feeling sick. No one had picked it up by 4:45/  Since theaters were slow everywhere, I talked to Ash who was fine with staying a bit longer.  I told Adriana to stay home.  I had Ash and Elial close the downstairs bar quickly as soon as Madonna sat, and Elial wanted the first cut.  Ash stayed for the very start of the party, and Ben and Jay took it from there.  Everything worked smoothly from the bartender's ends.

Theaters were slow aside from Madonna.  Preparty was mainly at the downstairs bar, with me trying to shuffle them upstairs.

The DJ was late for the preparty, so upstairs music didn't start til 7.  Our sound system also wasn't getting very loud, but may have been her playing her music off an unamped IPad.  Our lights are far too bright especially for events like this.  We need those dimmers to get the chandeliers much darker.

Got a bit sloppy around 12:20 while I was finishing up back end stuff, but Ben called for an MOD and Alexis made the call to do last call.  It was handled wonderfully by everyone.


Customer Comments:
Wanted it louder and darker.

BAR Staff Observations:
Ash killed the preparty, making lots of cosmos and charming all the VIPs and guests.  Elial was jumping between bars as needed.

Jay and Ben handled the rush.  Did a solid job.  After party was a bit rowdy, but started slowing as I write this.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Adriana put up her shift, with a note about being sick, so I had her stay home.

Special Events?  Madonna and the Breakfast Club.  DJ was late and without great equipment.  The lighting was too bright.  Otherwise an amazing event.  They spent money, enjoyed themselves, tipped well, and had fun.  About 130 to 150 stayed after to dance.

Baldor brought all we need for new cocktail.  we should get future pineapple juice in bigger cans for ease of batching.  Mikeller came late, but Bari, the rep, was communicative, and is great.

I am not sure where all the Rootbeer went to if you can get eyes on it.  The kitchen needed 2 cases, and I could not find much more than that.

Maintenance:
Light dimmers need to be able to get darker for the chandeliers.

The sensor for leaving the bar prep on the MOD side is getting more finnicky.  It can be hard to trigger it to let you out.
