Manager Communication:
Great early rounds, boosted by the Apollo 11 Q&A.  The director lives nearby and was a delight.

Very good manager and server communication today.

Amazing second round as well, cause the day started nice and everyone came to the movies once it started to rain.  Let's make note of this and not make cuts too early going forward, because we will be people's escape the park option.  Great to see, and we made it work when Dumbo spiked from 46 to 146 in 15 minutes.

Gun Hill kegs taste malty.  I think they are mislabeled.  86'd it.

Closes on weekends have to get better.  Left under reset at the bar for busy early rounds.

Customer Comments:
Had some teenagers be awful with Gerard.  Had an intense round of people in the lobby at the 1 pm round, but everyone left happy.  1 woman was angry about things taking time, but I made her happy, and it was still preshow for theater 3 when she complained to me.  I talked to the server, and she left and thanked me.  I had a woman who felt pressured to pay her tab during the movie, and I listened to her and gave her passes.  She left happy as well.  I talked to the server after as well.  No big issues on either point.

Lots of walkins because of the rain. 

BAR Staff Observations:
Really good job by Grace and Michael on the opening.  They communicated well what they needed, as they were both stuck slinging drinks at the bar.

Jay and Grace got us prepped up for the night.

FOH Staff Observations:
Good job all around, but special shouts out to Renee Michelle, who looked at cue sheets, and organized the downstairs servers to make every flip perfect.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
