Manager Communication: Quiet first round, with a lot of second and third round screenings picking up in sales as we entered dinner round. JH

Dinner was pretty quiet as well. Had the staff on cleaning and organizing tasks and cut Jenna after there were nothing else to assign. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was in a pleasant mood despite it being pretty slow. Staff took initiative on stocking backup bottles and cleaning/organizing. EA

Special Events? Screening of Panic Room had about 60 or so. None of which made it to the bar for post film drinks. EA

86ed / counts on items: Grimm Weisse. JH

Prep List: Strawberry Mansion kicked near the end of the night. Will make one tomorrow morning EA

Over/Short on Banks:

Pay Outs: 5200 Food - kitchen  $16.19 for feta/couscous etc. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: Victor from CleanSlate reached out to me to let me know that the missing filter piece from the Trees glasswasher has been ordered, but it is backordered.  He will let me know when he has a more accurate ETA for the filter.

Additionally, there was some product leakage in the Lobby frozen machines, coming from the pour spout.  We figured that the mixture may have been overly frozen, causing the stopper to remain ajar.  We raised the temp on the frozens, and that seemed to solve the problem.  Just something to keep an eye on as we head towards cooler days.  JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
