Manager Communication:

Fran did not show up today. After 20 minutes had passed, I started to open the Lobby bar. I texted Fran and got no answer and then called and nothing. I fully opened lobby and had Tevon walk through to make sure I had everything good. I decided to text Matthew, Maya, and Jeshua and ask if one of them can come early. Matthew came in shortly after and held down lobby until Jeshua arrived. Fran later texted me apologizing and I told him that we figured things out and did not need him to come in today. I did his write up and put it in my lil cubby thang in the office. - AB2

Not much traffic from the BRIC event, but it did start raining shortly before showtime, so that may have impacted the amount of people who made it to the show. JH

BAR Staff Observations:

Matthew came in early today in Frans absence. It was very much appreciated. Him and Tevon were great opening. They really came out big for me today! - AB2

Tevon got out of here once the second round had settled, and then Matthew got out once the last round of Th1 had gotten through its initial service push.  Jeshua and Maya held down each bar solo after that and closed without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

Had a guest in Th1's last round who passed out/seized during the movie, so we called 911 and they left in an ambulance.  FOH Blog will go into more detail, but there was just one note about bar staff.  Quetzie ran down to Trees Lounge and went behind the bar to grab the First Aid kit, and when she asked Maya for help, she was less than helpful.  She continued to make service tickets and talk to guests, and was a bit rude to Quetzie when she asked for help looking for the kit.

Once everything had settled down, I had a quick chat with Maya, essentially telling her that if a staff member is looking for the first aid kit and asking for help, both tickets and guests can wait.  To assume that there is an emergency and help the staff with whatever task they need.  

I don't know if we want to make emergency protocol more explicit in training or meetings, but just wanted to note it here. JH

White Claw Vodka arrived.

Baldor came. We got sugar, limes, and 6 Passionfruit puree. one of the puree's broke and spilled everywhere though so we got 5.

Maintenance: 

The water tap at the Trees water tower is coming loose from the tower.  There are no leaks, so it is still operational and i used some tape to try to keep the tap from being pulled out any further.  I added it to the Maintenance Doc. JH
