Manager Communication:
Sleepy first round, which gave both bars plenty of time to restock glassware, prep garnishes, and roll silverware. JH
Megan 2.0 last round was a total dud tonight and made everything feel sleepier than it actually was. Downstairs was fully sold out for the last round and F1 is doing well in Theater 2. Trees stayed busy all night, as Ariel's record store pop-up drew a great crowd (thanks, AB2!). - IP
*SEVERAL IMPORTANT NOTES IN MAINTENANCE BELOW FYI*
BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Matthew crushed a very smooth opening, and Matthew is just so great about greeting every guest that comes through Trees. Once both mids were in, we cut Greg as Gabrielle felt good about running lobby solo until Jeshua came in. JH
Trees remained busy for most of the evening, and Patrick and Lydia and Fran handled it great. Jeshua ran the lobby solo for the majority of the evening, aside from when I jumped in to help with his sold out last round. - IP
FOH Staff Observations:
FOH Staff Observations:
Erika, Sabrina and Jeremy were the standouts to me this evening. Great work. - IP

Record store pop-up and DJ sets were a hit! Good crowd and they stayed well into the dinner round. More please! - IP
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
I think we need to have Coca Cola come back out and check the gun at the service pass at Trees - Patrick said that upon cleaning the mats underneath the glassware they were covered in soda syrup. There must be a leak in one of the lines or something - but we definitely need to get ahead of this pronto to avoid a major fly issue. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
I unpacked the last case of Cabernet Franc in the walk-in, and we have no more in the liquor room. - IP
Prep List:
2 Lemonades, 2 FWWM, Tea, Infinity and Beyond.-LB
Will possibly need to make more Megan 2.0 special tomorrow, but not first thing, otherwise stocked and locked. - IP
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor arrived this morning. JH
US Foods coming Monday.-LB

Maintenance:
The grip tape on the floor of the hallway that is outside the Th1 service station and slopes downwards needs to be refreshed. Warmer days ahead, and we know how this building likes to sweat and make those floors slippery. Added to the Maintenance Doc. JH
Lauren and I changed the filters at lobby (Lauren did most of it, but I did helpfully pass her the new filters and provide moral support). JH
Trees ice machine fan motor was replaced. The old one is in bar prep in case it has special disposal needs. The machine was coding "max harvest retrying" I reset it and will keep an eye on it. Around 6pm the Trees machine said low water source. I have let it rest and will try to get it going now around 7pm. Trees is making ice. -LB
Downstairs ice machine was not making ice around 3:30. Reset and opened front panel. Around 6pm it was saying max harvest. I will keep trying to get them producing ice. -LB
UPDATE: I got the lobby machine to start producing ice again - no guarantee it continues overnight, so definitely check first thing. The Trees machine has a good bit of ice in it (enough to at least open Trees tomorrow) so hopefully it gets right with the Lord overnight and we have no issues tomorrow - but again, check first thing, because it was getting all the way to the harvest cycle, but then it had a code 3 - which is a water fill issue. Then, after trying to reset, it would get to 5, which is "sump temp issue". No idea. Hopefully Lobby will keep on keepin' on and we'll be okay for tomorrow. - IP
The coffee maker in the lobby bar had an error reading at one point this evening - I turned it off and back on again, and that seemed to fix the issue - but just wanted to note it here in case anything is weird tomorrow. - IP
