Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua keeps pouring the wrong wines. I flagged this but he didn't  agree he poured sparkling instead of sauv Blanc. He is aware that he keeps pouring Sangiovese instead of Chenin Blanc so I think he will be more cautious. He is also short pouring some theater cocktails. -LB   

Natasha is curious about the way the tip pool sharing works for private events. I explained it is part of the pool since the labor that everyone puts into making the batches etc is part of the event, however some explanation might be welcome.-LB

I made two very somewhat tiny signs for Lobby bar to designate that it is closed, since the roll down gate does not work and patrons are not discouraged from approaching the closing bartender. I took a look last night and I think it is an electrical issue. -LB


FOH Staff Observations: A server put a pint glass on top of a wine glass in a dirty dish rack and it broke in the dishwasher, fun times. -LB

Maintenance: I put in an order for green goblin and some drain screens that will help keep the ice well drains from getting clogged.  I will run some Green goblin through it one of my early days before Trees bartenders arrive. We definitely need to bleach and clean the low drain in bar prep with bleach. It is a chaotic mess. 
I also ordered some bandaids and small hydrogen peroxide to put in the first aid kits since they are somewhat barren. 
I replaced the ice scoop holder in Trees Lounge.-LB
I pilfered Juan's tool box dream house and found an adequate fix for the dishpit arm. He will probably have a better rivet or screw nut option upon his return from PTO.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
