Jenn filled me in on what needed to be made / kept eyes on for the day and I got started on some batching after counting the banks. Rebecca and Jared opened up the building and we were well covered to start the day. - IP
I tried the Project Shadow today and I think it should be strained while batching since it is pretty pulpy. I strained the one in the walk-in and updated the sheet and updated bar prep binder to have it strained. - AB2
BAR Staff Observations:
Brian and Tevon crushed their openings. It was mucho busy and they flew their ships solo - great work. - IP
Was able to get Bryan and Tevon out of here after the second round settled down. - AB2
Matthew and Natasha crushed it in Tree's with no issues through the rushes. - AB2
Gabrielle was great in Lobby solo. - AB2

Caleb is really awesome about helping out when the team is shorthanded or things are particularly hairy. Did a great job during a busy day time service. - IP

When I got outta here there were a couple things to batch looking forward - but nothing dire. To batch tonight or tomorrow before service:
- Sage Maple syrup & a Princes of Maine batch
- Perhaps more Elphaba Elixir - IP

Received Baldor, Union Beer, Evil Twin, Finback and Phony Negroni. All put away. - IP
Baldor arriving tomorrow morning. The passion fruit puree should be put in the Bar Prep freezer, to get our back up stock back to twelve containers. JH

Jose brought up a good point for if anyone wanted to have alcohol with the Project Shadow special. How would it be rang in? Should we do an up charge button like how we do with Hot Toddy? If not, how can that be rung in? - AB2
