Manager Communication: Quiet day in the building. Trees got a pop for Volo's last game of the season and we had a small crowd leading up to the seating of Cool World. Other than that, it was a straight forward day for the bars. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Slow day for both bars. Eliel was cut after some batching was done and Ashley stayed through the initial push for Cool World + Volo. Jenna had an easy time in the lobby and closed out on time. Tashi ran the bar and was able to close relatively quickly as well as there was little to no traffic in trees after the screening of Cool World. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Jenn and I went over and filled out more of the Agenda for Thursday. EA

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Jarritos.  Del's Hard Tea is on a count. JH

Prep List: Ashley made a keg of Coffee & Cigarettes that is waiting on tobacco bitters and a charge. JH

We're looking pretty good for tomorrow. I'd reckon only Neon Demon and get a head start on Arbol Tequila. I'll reassess after the openers pull stock for the day. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: I reached out to Elmeco again regarding the replacement control board for the new frozen machine, it should be arriving Thursday via Fedex.  

I also forgot to mention that NuCo2 came by yesterday to inspect our system. They advised that we should get a longer chain for the second tank of Co2 in the Liquor storage as it's required in case we have an inspection from a Fire Marshall. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
