Manager Communication: Pretty busy night tonight, everything went very smoothly.

FOH Staff Observations: Servers are not always able to run trays promptly. Now that we don't have drink runners let's reinforce that as a priority. Also are we still assigning runners to stations to be able to run drinks, I never see that happen?

Special Events? The punk crowd was great, they hung out for a while before and after their show. It was a nice addition to the night.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Let's talk about what can be closed early and what cannot, and when to close things down with them.

86ed / counts on items: We will probably 86 blackberry farms this weekend. We barely sell any and it is the only thing we need from 12% so we would not have made their minimum, but we will get a case early next week.

Prep List: Looking good for tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We are so happy the elevator is working.

Maintenance: I hose clamped the draught drains, so they should not fall out anymore.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
