Manager Communication:
For a very busy day, everyone was super chill and on top of their games all around. - IP

Customer Comments: A person seeing Cinema Paradiso did not get the email about it being DCP. They are understandably disappointed and want the credit, but they traveled over an hour to get here. I am giving them passes and they will stay for the film. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Bryan is a great brunch opener. He is highly organized and systematic.-LB
Matthew is one of the most personable Lobby bartenders, must be that Florida hospitality.-LB
Chill vibes all day at Trees. The bartenders have definitely stepped up their welcoming vibes.-

Gab absolutely crushed tonight. She stuck around for way longer than anticipated (given Lydia's absence), and was a real leader all night. She was first to delegate big rushes and womanned the service well like a rockstar for some back to back sold out big theaters. Greg did a great job supporting the service bar and multitasking with guests. Jeshua is a stalwart presence in the lobby. Did a great job with guest communication tonight too. Big Ups. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Alex helping drop drinks to 1/2 during busy pushes even though he is up in the tower. Teamwork high five!

Had a prickly interaction with Madison tonight when I attempted to reroute Th. 3 before the Brutalist intermission at 10:40. I wanted to reroute the theater so I could get Jeshua out of the lobby and up to Trees to help Patrick close, and get Gab out at a reasonable hour (which was only necessary because of Lydia's absence today), and Madison basically refused. She insisted that "this always happens to her" and she "always has to run drinks from Trees to the downstairs theaters so early" - I explained the above, apologized for the inconvenience, but she continued telling me that "this should be taken into consideration" and that "there needs to be better scheduling for this". I relented and told her that I would wait to reroute until after the intermission rush was over - but she was not satisfied. She then went and talked to another manager and it was relayed to me she wanted to know if I would wait to reroute - I don't know if she didn't hear or didn't listen to me - but even though I had acquiesced, she still went and asked another manager. Rerouting has always been part of the job requirement/expectation, and when there is an extenuating circumstance (like the bar being shorthanded), sometimes you may have to run drinks from Trees down to the first floor for longer, and that sucks because stairs - but that decision was thought out by Lauren and myself, and her passive aggressive dismissal of standard operating procedure was a little out of order. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Lydia is not coming in since she may be contagious and we don't want anyone getting norovirus on our watch.-LB
