Manager Communication: The office door was propped open with no one in it with the cash box drawer open in sight. around 7:55pm/ perhaps a reminder that we still need to act like it locks.-LB


BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Natasha are studs. We were a tad shorthanded- you'd never know it. They just crushed it. Matthew and Natasha are killer at teamwork. They stayed to support their coworkers until almost 8pm.-LB
Jeshua, who notoriously walkies for MOD at Lobby bar, didn't walkie for me and left the bar unattended. I would have gone right down from Trees to cover for him. -LB
Patrick is amazing and is just now restocking Trees lounge at 12:04. Their teamwork is absolutely essential and they treat each other so well.-LB
Patrick stayed to close with Lydia because he is an absolute gem.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca is a beast. Kaya seems really awesome
Daniella helped get us dishes through the dishpit when we were scrambling during the chaotically busy 9-10pm seatings. 

Hiring/Training: lol could you imagine. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Santa did NOT show up. 

Special Events? Christmas. 
Got hit by Santa's Sleigh at 9pm.-LB

Maintenance: The dishwasher in Trees was being very finicky so I cleaned both rods that were almost completely blocked by lemon seeds. When will someone genetically modify lemons for our industry.-LB
After successfully tapping the Gansett it decided to throw up foam all over the walk-in.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
