Manager Communication: 
Trivia and the special screening in Th3 really led service pushes today, which gave us plenty of time to set the floor for Trivia and get ahead of some batching. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Patrick was able to float up to Trees and offer coverage for everyone to grab family meal and set up for Trivia.  He was able to get out of here shortly before Trivia began, and Bryan held down Lobby solo and was a big help in directing guests to the special screening in Th3. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Gabrielle reached out to bar managers today to let us know that her dental procedure this morning was a lot more intense than she had anticipated, and so she would be unable to come in for her Lobby Close shift tomorrow.  Kelsey, who is opening Lobby tomorrow, offered just to work a long solo Lobby shift, as she could use the hours and the numbers for the first floor are relatively low tomorrow.  I adjusted Kelsey's shift times and marked Gabrielle's shift as Sick on 7Shifts. JH

Special Events? 
Trivia was bopping and ran like a well-oiled machine.  Darius, Maya, and Tevon have Trivia service down to a science at this point.  I confirmed October/November Trivia dates with Kevin and Shay, added them to the Events Calendar, and let Conrad know so that he can update the website. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Ebbs Kolsch & Sauvignon Blanc Bottles.  Sauvignon Blanc glasses will run on a count tomorrow. JH 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US Foods arriving tomorrow.  Some beer and wine deliveries arriving tomorrow.  All expected orders are on the clipboard in the bar prep bin, if any arrive before I get in at two. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
