Customer Comments:
I was at lobby bar for a moment & Michael/Darius were talking about a guest at 7707 that was "being difficult." I asked Michael if things were ok. He said homie had outside liquor and was speaking real loud. He told the guest that he cannot have outside drink and to keep it down. I asked if enough strikes had been had. He told me "not yet." I told him "Just tell me when and we'll get in there." About 5 minutes later Michael came up and said that was it. I told Nathaniel that I was down to deal with 707 so I walked in there. I told him that he was being loud and that I was summoned to handle the situation. We spoke for about 10 minutes with homie telling me to "Do me a favor and let it go. I'm just trying to see a movie and I have been quiet since people told me to keep it down. Show me some respect and let it go." to which I responded "I am calm and all I am trying to do is come up to you with love and respect but you also need to respect me and I can not just let it go. We can't have this." He said he'll keep it down. I told him that if I heard ONE thing I'll be back and he completed my sentence by saying that he'll leave. I said "cool." I was in the theater with Nick for a moment and we saw him talking so I said "lets go." I went back up to him and he was not hyped. I told him that I heard he was talking so I gotta ask him to leave... He yelled "I wasn't talking! you just don't want me in here! He demanded a refund for the tickets." I told him that "I got you and let's take this to the lobby." He was pretty mad and was cursing on the way out of the theater and I was telling him to keep it down pero he insisted on yelling. We got to the lobby and I refunded his tickets that were paid for in cash. I asked if he wanted a togo box for the fish sandwich and he said "fuck that shit I get money! I got thousands in my pocket. I ain't coming back here." I was like "That's great." He said he was gonna leave peacefully and he dapped me up and I was just like "Take care y'all." There was definitely a lot said between us that may not be appropriate for said blog BUT this is the general vibe of what went down. Rebecca (New AGM was sitting right behind him). I spoke to Michael afterwards and apologized because I should have nipped this situation sooner. I want to put it out there for servers to tell us about a difficult guest upon the very first interaction... I think if I could have gotten to it quicker, the guests experience would not have been as compromised. I think it is way easier to kick someone out if I have already touched the table because they have already seen me and know what I am about. Nick was there with me the whole time and very helpful through the process. - AB2  

BAR Staff Observations: 
Trees Ice machine wasn't making ice when I came in. Paul had already turned it back on. Kelsey opened up and it wasn't an issue. Clean open. She held it down.

Cut Kelsey pretty early. Maya came upstairs to help out. -GS

FOH Staff Observations:
Big shoutout to Michael who had to deal with 7707 today. 707 homie was definitely not fresh. - AB2

Water spigots are not working. Parts are on the way. Want to ask bartenders to start pouring water from the gun. No reason to not if we are not busy. -GS
