Tuesday 8.15 Nick/Edgar

Manager Communication: Trivia was booming again. It's definitely one of our main attractions and it's absolutely bringing in new faces every week to join us. Packed house plus busy dinner barbies made for a busy afternoon. EA

Customer Comments: I answered a call in TH1 for the 8:45 Barbie where a guest was allegedly being disruptive and coming into the server's station. She left a flag for servers with the seat number written on it with their order for the table (511). I alerted the station to this flag being left and brought it to at least Vincent's attention that this had happened. She came in a second time to which Jared answered the call and spoke to the guest again about putting a flag up if they needed assistance and she returned to her seat.

We received a third call from the station in which the guest wished to speak to a manager according to Monica, at which I made my way to the guest to speak with them and they alerted me that they have been waiting this entire time for their food and drink and it hadn't come yet. Upon returning to the station, it was noted that their seat was blank and no order had been put in and that their initial flag was nowhere to be found.  Monica eventually found their flag in a pile of flags that were in a "done" pile and no one wanted to take responsibility for the mixup.

Ultimately, Nathaniel and I decided that their bill should be comped for the service error caused by everyone involved. Although guests should not make their way to the service station to drop a flag, it is the responsibility for whoever's section that was to check in on them instead of having a hostile attitude. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Outstanding work from everyone today despite being short one body. It definitely made us feel the crunch when TH1/2/4/6 were going off around each other. Everyone made it to the other side. Maya definitely held her own on the floor tonight taking trivia orders and having the time to come back and make her drinks. Being a former server here makes her an amazing asset to the team since she knows the POS inside and out. Definitely someone to have on Trivia Tuesdays as she flows from table to table seamlessly.

Lydia and Tevon held down service tickets and the bar top. Both of which continued to be busy throughout the dinner round and into the late round, while Ian held down the lobby solo. EA

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Miguel Scottborgh (9hrs) added to Sick Calendar.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Both dinner Barbie's lacked heavily on any kind of prebussing. Th1 brought down 15 full racks during their flip, while TH2 brought down another 10 or so during their flip. For reference: 8 full racks amounts to about 200 glasses, or a full theater. Once again, I'm asking for this to be addressed if even possible. EA

Prep List: We'll need paloma, the hatch rye strained (I ran out of time while batching), 2 Watermelon G&Ts, some barbie lemonade (by doors), and a negroni keg made. We could also use another Neon Demon if Pamplemousse arrives tomorrow. EA
