Manager Communication:
Wowza!  Us killed it.  Big drinking crowd.  Both before and after each show.  Including the late ones. People want to decompress after seeing it and move to the bar to talk.

Nick will be expanding the lines for tomorrow.  We had some crazy people management.  I think to seat theater 1 on a sold out show, we need one person guiding the line, one person handling the bar area of the line, and one person stationed at the top of the stairs to hold people until the line is passed and then let them follow.  To prevent cutting and the fights that may ensue.

Customer Comments:
Had one customer come out of theater 1 after his check was dropped.  He was sweet and apologetic for coming to me, but said his food was ordered at the beginning and came just before the check drop, and that he had wanted to order more than that. I comped his $40 dollar tab and apologized.  He seemed good with the situation.  When I went to theater 1 to tell the servers, Gabby had said he had mentioned it to her 5 minutes prior, and asked for a manager in the theater.  He was upset to be missing a bit of the movie.  I told her she should have immediately radioed for a manager.  The servers need to be more proactive about using their Walkie Talkies.

Many comments on the desire for assigned seating.

BAR Staff Observations:
Really good job by everyone tonight.  I had to encourage proper time management some, looking at each break as a moment to do the next things.  But we were able to execute one of our busiest shifts by product volume, and still stay on top of batching and stocking.  Rebecca killed it on prep, knocking out so much.  Caleb and Ryan worked their service wells like magicians.  It was great to see.

FOH Staff Observations:
Turning theaters is still a huge inefficiency.  We need to stress keeping the stations clean and organized, as there are misplaced checks and other things.  Also just need to stress constant bussing and how to think about different down times.  But that said, they kicked ass!  Improvement is needed, but every sold out show went out and had a lot to run food and drink and finesse.

Rachel and I were also stressing that the Ushering charts are especially important for sold out shows to help the managers get everyone sat.  There were several times downstairs where the ushering charts were not filled in much at all.  Let's stress this all weekend.
