Manager Communication:
I grabbed extra singles from Farrel's and DW so we got $150 extra. I know that we will rip through singles. If it is still down tomorrow we should try and snag more.-LB

Internet was able to come back in drips and drabs, but was not stable enough for us to feel confident in bringing theater service back (no one wanted a Thursday evening repeat).  Both bars operated as cash only, with guests able to buy drinks at either bar and bring them into the theaters, just like last night.  Definitely had some business at both bars, with the vast majority of guests being understanding and appreciative of the follow up emails and posted signage. JH

I hunted down $190 in singles from several neighborhood friends. We still were scraping by. Ended up being okay for the evening. We will only start tomorrow with $125 in extra singles tomorrow after what’s in the banks - we will need someone to procure singles from somewhere if we are going to operate a cash bar again.  - IP

Customer Comments:
I had an unpleasant guest interaction at Lobby around 3:45pm with a guest that is already on our 86’d list (carletta100@yahoo.com). She had purchased tickets this morning (4k7wtrt) and never saw the follow up email we sent explaining our service situation. She was very upset because of this. I had Wyatt check infomail and then forward the email we had sent them (initially sent shortly after noon), but she only got more upset because the email was sorted into her Promotions folder instead of her regular inbox.

I explained that I could offer her and her partner a credit or a refund for their tickets, but they were adamant they wanted to watch the movie. I then offered to buy them a round (1 glass Cab Franc & 1 Tecate), which they accepted. They lingered at the bar, so I asked if there was anything further I could do for them, and she waved her hand in my face and told me to get away from her.  Her and her partner were both incredibly rude and snippy the entire interaction, and only continued to escalate even after I had walked back behind the bar.  These guests have caused problems in the past (wouldn’t follow our masking policies) and were nothing but rude throughout the interaction today and I highly recommend banning them.  Above and beyond the rudest guests I have dealt with in these last two days of modified theater service. BAR Staff Observations:
Yet again the team rolled with the punches admirably. Jeshua was really communicative and helpful for the guests in the lobby while also being slammed with drink service. Most people opted to get their drinks at the Lobby bar - held onto Greg for a long time, and he was a huge help. Gab, Patrick and Lydia managed the busy cash bar at trees well. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Lauren wanted me to mention that she overheard guests complaining about feeling ignored during their visit tonight, that the servers weren’t keeping waters refreshed, etc. There was some confusion that the guests could get additional free popcorn, but we weren’t providing that - next time I think we could more clear about that to the guests. - IP

Prep List:
Was able to make the Grapefruit Cordial once Lauren got in.  JH

Over/Short on Banks:
Not even really sure where to begin on this one - the cash sales should have been tracked relatively accurately, but both bars were inaccurate to say the least. Jared handled the money at the end of the night and we did our best to figure out how to account for everything.
The bars were combined over by $270. - IP

Pay Outs:
$123.26 (Terrace Bagels & cream cheese)
$8.30 (vegan tofu spread)
$36.81 (Dunkin munchkins)
$7.69 (date syrup)

Mobilebytes Issues:
I’M SORRY DAVE, I’M AFRAID I CAN’T DO THAT.

Filmbot Issues:
