Manager Communication: If the servers could be reminded that they should not take empty dollies from Trees lounge, it is unsubstantiated speculation that this could be happening. We have been short dollies for our, clean/dirty/etc system.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
First round was busy, dinner round was much more mellow, and the last round brought a couple of very sold screenings, so both bars were pretty busy throughout the evening. Both Bryan and Matthew were able to get out of here once both bars had completed the initial service push for the last round. Gabrielle and Patrick closed each bar without issue. JH

Lauren printed and laminated the comps/void sheets, and they have been placed in all bar binders and under the cash drawers at each bar. JH
86ed / counts on items: The lyre's classico is on a count. We have 6 bottles of it to do the NA Aperitif, but the serving size of a pour is much less than a can, so in lieu of confusing servers with two buttons we will 86 it upon it running out. Hopefully the cans will be back in stock for next week.

Baldor scheduled for tomorrow, I was gonna place an order for Saturday but we are pretty good. Jenn will be keeping an eye on NA goods during my PTO.-LB
Maintenance: I installed the soap dispenser and paper towel holder for managers to wash their hands in the dishpit, I labeled that it is not a handwashing station.

I also descaled the bar dishwasher with the product recommended by our dish tech. I will add this to my monthly maintenance routine. -LB
The Ommegang cylinder in the walk in continues to be an enigma. I attached a new keg during service this evening, but it would not pull any product through the line until a line was opened at a bar. No other kegs share this problem, and I know we've had finicky Ommegang kegs this past season, but I do not know what may be causing the issue. JH
Servers said that the Th3 water station no longer works, but I hesitate to put it on the Maintenance Doc because some servers say that it does work. I defer to somebody a bit more knowledgable in server stations maintenance to check it out tomorrow, when possible. It definitely jams up the service pass when there is a busy rush for Th3. JH
