Manager Communication:
Probably the smoothest Menu Change Day at Prospect Park for bar. No hiccups thus far! Ian & Tevon were integral this morning, in perfect communication with each other regarding prep & all things SUMMER MENU. AB

A lot of bartenders are not available for coverage tomorrow so we needed to move some people around. Lydia is going to work a short shift alongside openers from 10-1PM, this way we could have the bar covered for batching and Lydia can leave in time for her friends memorial service. Kelsey is going to be in 3-12AM as a pre-close. 7Shifts has been updated. AB

Lobby was low on glasses when Gabrielle was getting out. Keep in mind for opener tomorrow. -AB2

A note I want to add is for bartenders to empty out what they have for frozens into the machine at the end of the night. I just noticed tonight on my way out. Lemme know if this makes sense but I feel like it is just better for the opening bartender to come in and see the machine full. -AB2

Customer Comments: I was called down to lobby for this lady who had a bad experience in TH6. It was mid movie and she was complaining that she felt a lot of eyes were on her and her party. She was with some friends and her boyfriend. She said that they ordered two bottles of wine and wanted to cancel one so she went to the server station to cancel it and was told not to be there… she understood that she was not in the right for going into the station and apologized. She told me that someone informed them that they will not be served any more alcohol because they appeared intoxicated. She told me her friend had throat cancer and slurs his words and drools… she told me this story about 4 times. I kept my mouth quiet and just let her go. I then told her that I was sorry she had a bad experience and that I will speak to servers to get a manager involved earlier (I later learned that it was Dani that cut them off and told them to keep their voices down). She was definitely a loud woman so I’m sure she was in the wrong here (especially after hearing Danielle and Jared’s side of the story). She was mainly frustrated for the assumption of her friend being intoxicated. I told her that from the server’s perspective; they wouldn’t know and were just being cautious and on the safe side. -AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great. Ian batched us up well. Was able to get him and Tevon out of here after stocking for the final round. Natasha killed it at the pass and got us through a rush with no problems. Darius was also great and had hands for service but also a strong presence on the floor clearing plates and glasses. Gabrielle handled the lobby with no problems! All around great team to work for. - AB2

Special Events?
The Women’s softball league came in with a solid lil crowd that hungout for a good. They had some dranks and ordered plenty food. Was successful! - AB2

Prep List:
Looking pretty good overall! Let's keep an eye on Wet Hot American Summer sales, and make more syrup accordingly. AB

Pay Outs: 5200 - FOOD $18 (Non tax items)
5200 - FOOD $13.00 (7 (can’t read any more of receipt))

6/27/24 5200 - FOOD $11.98 (Ricotta) -AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Apparently we were supposed to get a filter today for the water for the soda bags because it is making a crazy noise in lobby. I did not see anything. I looked through the kitchen and did not see anything. -AB2

Maintenance:
Draft Choice was here by 8, and was all wrapped up and out of the building by noon.  He was also able to up the gas on the charging lines, so we shouldn't have charging issues going forward.  Myself and Ashley hooked up the new lines and ran all the product through before doors to make sure everything was ready for service.
