Manager Communication: Pretty good night. Trees had some good business.

BAR Staff Observations: Ian got us batched up on Trees back ups and a large batch of Kumquat Syrup during his prep shift, and then slid into opening Trees.  Chelsea had a family emergency that she let me know about as soon as she came in, so I was able to get Gabrielle to come in early and Chelsea was able to get out of here by four.  She is off the next couple of days, and told me she will be in touch if she needs to give up any shifts this coming week. JH

Closers were great. Ian stayed till a little past 9.  Matthew got some good service experience and got out by midnight. Closers were great. Everyone seemed to acclimate to the new menu. A few clarifications here and there but no major hiccups. EL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Both bars are set and ready for Winter Menu service going forward.  Let's keep an eye on garnishes, set ups, and urns over the weekend, as staff adjusts.

One thing to be on top of is making sure that cider urns are filled and turned on as soon as possible when opening, as they do take some time to heat up.  All hot cider instructions are in the bar binders at each bar and Bar Prep, so make sure that bartenders are aware of how to set up and breakdown the urns for service.

Additionally, all peeled citrus should be brought back to the walk in and placed in the appropriately-labeled cambro to the left of the door at close each night. JH

Maintenance: Gil was in to clean the draught lines and check on the glycol machine.  Everything was in working order and ready for service well before doors opened. JH

Filmbot Issues: Pinocchio is a MubiGo movie, so that pass button has been added to the appropriate showtimes.  It is only in theaters for a week, so make sure to touch base with Lobby bartenders to make sure the phone is charged and ready for scanning. JH
