Benjamin Friday 11/22

Manager Communication:
Busiest Friday in a while ticket sales wise.  The only movie not pulling weight in the late round is Beautiful Day.  It did fine for dinner round.

There was a DIPA that went out to a table in Theater 1 during the dinner round.  It was placed in front of the adult, but she had only ordered an apple juice.  As Brandon arrived with the box of apple juice, she was putting a straw in the beer and about to give it to her kid.  Brandon took it from her, informing her it was the wrong item, and told an MOD immediately.  This was a server error, as the DIPA was not supposed to be on the check.  Brandon got there before any serious damage could be done.

Customer Comments:
Lots of switching of seats in the early rounds.

A guest in the last round of theater 3, seated at 3509, had an issue with his bill.  Kristina explained to me that she had missed one of the drinks on their second round, but got it out to them quickly to correct her mistake.  I decided to comp it as goodwill, and waited for credits to approach them to talk.  They were angry because their first experience with us was from a movie that was cancelled and they were given passes.  They were angry they could not use the passes online (the passes were from February).  They said they tried calling, and I explained that email is the best way to get in touch with us and we happily would have put tickets aside and will in the future (they bought their tickets because they did not want a sold out show).  They said that we should just take the cost of the tickets off their bill.  They also did not like their service tonight.  I thanked them for their feedback, and told them  their two rounds were on us.  I appollogized profusely, and 1 of them left happy, 1 of them left his pass with me and said he was good and left angry.  The ticket was J14 that I comped.

BAR Staff Observations:
Antonio was not wanting to close, and Dylan was fine with closing, so they asked if that was ok.  I allowed it, and got Dylan out before spread of hours.  He got William close to closed, and then clocked out.  There was not much late stuff happening.

FOH Staff Observations:
Good Glassware rotation.  Good drink running and communication.

All the props to Brandon for helping us avoid a big situation.  While this was not a seat number error, Servers need to be diligent with seat numbers as there were other mixed orders for that theater that were not split by seat number (I immediately addressed it).  Can we do a preshow with everyone about the importance of seat number for Frozen and Neighborhood especially?

Prep List: Daily Maintenance.  Left upstairs especially well stocked, as the first round of Frozen will sell out.

Mobilebytes Issues: The Frozen Hearts was in the computer at $10 instead of $8.  Once we were informed, we corrected it.
