Manager Communication:
Ash had the burnt sugar syrup explode on her when she added the water.  Everyone was fine, but there was burnt sugar everywhere.  I adjusted the recipe so that we let it cool first before adding the water and then heat it back up to dissolve it.  This has been corrected in all the bar books.

In the iSi's, there is blue pineapple juice foam.  make sure to shake it before applying it.  We no longer have to shake the kree, just pour it in the glass, and put one small dot of pineapple foam in the center.  There is an iSi on both levels.  The recipe is just pineapple juice and enough blue food coloring to make it blue. There are more chargers in Kitchen Office, but we should order some chargers for the iSi's

Decent Marvel turnout.  We got caught up on batching and whatnot.  Still got a bit more to do for the weekend.

We had plenty of Barry Lyndon in bubblers, so held off on batching it and got caught up on the more pressing things.

Frozens upstairs are working great after cleaning the filters.

Customer Comments:
I had an irate guest come down after Marvel at 6:30 yelling about not getting anyone to take his order.  He said no one ever came by to take his food and drink order.  I calmed him down and offered him a pass and listened to him, and he left calmed.  He started at one point shifting his anger from me to the bartender, and I brought his focus back to me and calmed him down.  I talked to Kristina afterwords, and she said to me that he was snappy at her when she asked for his ticket, and snappy when she asked if he had been here before.  She walked away, but was near his row consistently, and she was upset that he never reached out to her.  I explained to her that we always have her back, and that in the future, the only mistake was to not still explain to him how to order even if he says he knows everything.  She really took it to heart, and I emphasized that we always have her back.  He was a difficult case.

BAR Staff Observations:
Malka is great the last few weeks I have worked with her.  She is outgoing at the downstairs bar and takes control of the space well.  Everyone was on top of starting to prep for the weekend, and I only had to guide.  Still a bit too much specific instruction on things like rollups and distributing glassware, but getting better.

FOH Staff Observations: Solid team tonight.  Got a bit bogged down by the 7:30 Captain Marvel, but managers were there to run some drinks.
